This is quite a bold statement from the man himself but it is true that we feel better within ourselves when we feel able to do various activities and can move without pain or restriction.  The aim of the Mindful Movement studio is to help you on your movement journey to attain your personal goals, whatever they may be, using the exercises, techniques and equipment of Pilates.
